We will take on specialized consulting assignments for:

We can rapidly deploy senior and experienced advisors with the strategic, operational and financial skills required to assess and solve the client’s challenges.

For these assignments, we spend an average of 5-10 days reviewing data rooms, work performed by other advisors, interviewing key management and performing our own independent research to develop a view that we summarize in 2-4 pages.

We then present and discuss our perspective with the principal investor group, often in several sessions, to allow for feedback and reflection.

You will get our unvarnished perspective on the potential investment, as though we were going to invest our own money, and you will have the healthy debate that you may not otherwise receive from your traditional advisors.
