Clear Recommendations

We advance and discuss our recommendations and, if the sponsor investor agrees, we work with the company to execute our plan, investing some of our money and a lot of our intellectual and managerial capital.

Active Implementation

In the execution of our plan, we can serve as management, board members and/or advisors to the principal investors. In addition to our direct investment, we also pre-negotiate a (contingent) performance award tied to the incremental value we help create, and payable when the investors receive the increased value of their investment.
